Ludger's, 6120A East 32nd Place. Social hour at 1730, with dinner at

Cliff Wingfield is a graduate of Tulsa Central High School. He has a
degree in Psychology from NSU and has been active in charity work
in Northeast Oklahoma for three decades. He is involved in Veteran's
issues and has recently designed a program to help disabled veterans
reenter the work force as certified firearms instructors.
For the past year Cliff has been working at the United States Shooting
Academy in the Products and Services division to broaden the public
awareness of the academy and community safety. His talk will be
focused on making Tulsa a safer community by encouraging
responsible citizens to actively carry defensive weapons. He feels
strongly that every individual is responsible for his personal safety.
With a dwindling police presence the burden of personal safety
falls squarely on each of us. With proper training and attitude no
one has to bear the title of "victim".
The United States Shooting Academy is a hundred acre facility
with 36 ranges. It is the most aggressive range project ever
undertaken in the U. S. Thousands of military, law enforcement
and civilian students have been served in its short, four-year history.
Located next to the Tulsa Police Academy, USSA offers every
Tulsa area resident the opportunity to be trained by the best.
